Default Ok, someone tell me what's with my title.
I tried to exhume and explanation here, but with no luck.

What does my title mean, and is it intentionally misspelled? I would have PM'd someone, but I know not who.

Seemed like a good idea at the time, sorry for the spelling error. Just saw that I wrote rinse in french ( rince ).

Just seems that when my hair is freshly washed it can be unmanageable.....

UB said it was the french spelling, so its not really incorrect, its just got multiple languages in it.
