loved reading your blog... I was beginning to worry for you that you wouldn't make it in time to go back to work!

Loved your pics as well -- great photos seriously and of course all your pics of food lol I think you should keep a blog of you taking the Beast a part and doing the cleaning and part check.

sounds like a good idea.. ripping Beast apart and seeing if i can put it back together..

btw, it's Beast, not THE beast. just beast. haha.
it was either i call it Beast or Dethtrapp. not sure which is better

Well, I know you didn't make it in time... but I was figuring you'd get yourself hooked up in/on something and would be weeks passed after the time you needed to be back.

Ya, you have a very good boss I hope you got him something ...

And I did just capitalize the word beast; not "The Beast". So, I'm well within my parameters lol

heh... a few times i thought "man, if i don't look where i want to go, i could wind up in that ditch over there" and wouldn't you know, while looking at the ditch i started going for it.

look where you want to go... always
other than that, i've been pretty lucky with relatively few close calls, and only 1 crash

guess i'll have to give him one of my souvenir t-shirts... maybe just a pen or something. hah.

I'd like to know how much it cost you , minus the bike repairs. Lodging food and incidentals.

I met a really cool couple from Great Britain last night at a party. He had just sold his company and he and his wife bought an Electra Glide and shipped it to Halifax and started and cross continental trip to Vancouver via Southern California. They are taking eight weeks. Color me green with envy.

I can listen to a British accent all day long.
