|  how to determine bike year -Suzuki 750
My brother thinks he found me a good deal on a Suzuki 750 Intruder. He thinks it's a 1985 model, but he told me last night that it had a 21" tire on the front and fuel injection. From the research I've been trying to do, this doesn't sound like a 85, it sounded more of 88 or 89 -91 due to the tire size. Can anyone did the bike have electric fuel pump and a 21" inch front tire throught the production years? Or was there a certain year they came out either either or both. The bike belongs to my brother's friend who took it in on trade in for automotive services, so even if they know bikes, not sure if they can tell the year of this bike.. My brother thought it was strange that this bike had a 21" tire and a electric fuel pump instead of gravity feed. Thanks for any info and looking for sites that can tell me more about the bike.. especially about being liquid cooled, drive shaft driven, etc. Hopefully this will be a good bike to get my feet back wet since it's been about 30 years since I've ridden last. |
