Thought this might be kinda fun. So keep it going if you all want Things I have learned about motorcycling so far 1. Unless you are lucky enough to live where the weather is a constant then you will need two sets of riding gear. Example: Textile with cooling vest for summer and weatherproof with heated gear for winter. My riding temp range from 32 to 110. 2. Most people aren't happy with a bike right off the show room floor. Gotta change something to make it there own. I have a list a couple pages long on add on's upgrades on the Strom. Yesterday it was a new set of front springs 3. Learn to do some of your own wrenching. This can save you lots of money. My last tire change was $23 a wheel off the bike, I learned to remove and replace front and rear tire when I found out it would have been 3 hrs labor at $65 an hr and a week without my ride. those are the top three in my book so far Dan |
