Default New (to me) Bike.

It appears randomly crusing the want adds can pay off.

I am a BMW fan, but due to finances have been riding a Suzuki (RF 900, Great bike, just not a Beemer).

Anyway, I find a bike listed for sale, high miles, but I figure I'll call and see what kind of maintenance has been performed.
I call a local independant BMW shop to ask what I should be asking about when I call.
Besides the advice I hear "We just took a '96 R1100RSL in on trade. Let me have you talk to sales and they can tell you more about it."

So I talk to sales. 39000 miles, Ohlins front and rear, Remus exhaust, ABS, Heated grips, luggage. Pictures sent.

She is everything I wanted, for less money that the high milage bike would have been to buy, then add the bags & Pipe.

Lets see if this picture works>

Definatly more comfy than the zuk. Looks new. No one belives me she's 12 years old.

The trip to Laguna this year will be much more comfortable.

Works for me.
