Default SpeedSupplies.com - File complaint Attorney General's Office

I've read numerous posts here of people with problems with SpeedSupplies.com. I too have had problems with them recently. I purchased parts through their site and they have not sent them. They gave me faulty shipping information and now will not return phone emails or answer their phone.

Last night I sent an email stating that if I do not hear from them today regarding a refund or tracking information I will file a complaint with the attorney general's office.

I run a business of my own and I have to tell you it is imperative that you pursue these things legally if you are taken advantage of. Failure to pursue your rights as a consumer can lead to other's being taken advantage of. Of course, you should ONLY file a valid complaint.

When a business takes your money and does not deliver the good or services as contracted, and does not respond to your requests for information they are perpetrating a fraud.

Here is the link to the Oklahoma Attorney General's consumer complaint form. If you have had money taken by Speedsupplies.com and not had your good delivered or money refunded I recommend you file a complaint with the state. They will investigate.

Oklahoma Consumer Complaints

I would also like to point out that my transaction with speedsupplies.com did NOT come through ebay and this is not about negative feedback. I made a purchase from them through their website and they have provided fraudulent shipping information and not provided the goods or responded to emails. Consumer complaints SHOULD NOT BE RETALIATORY. They should only be valid.

(end of responsibility rant)

I urge anyone who has been taken by speedsupplies.com to file a complaint and pursue it.

good luck and be safe

you can always do what I did when Ride Now screwed me over... start a site over it.

Another company you really need to be on your toes with when dealing with them.
