 |  Looking for a mechanic/dealer in upstate NY
Hi all, I'm having my bike shipped to me, my wife is fine with me riding the 2600mi but apparently the rest of the family is frowning on the idea (lord knows why) and is putting up any money over $400 (my cost) to ship the thing to me. (You can delete the other thread if desired). So... I am looking for a recommendation to an honest mechanic in upstate NY that can work on a sport bike (albeit a small one). As far as the mechanic is concerned money isn't really the issue, I just want them to be fair, I don't want to pay $500 for a tuneup on a two cylinder bike. I also welcome recommendations for honest dealerships in the area (watertown, ny) that may have a deal or two up their sleeves. If the shop and dealer are one and the same sobe it. Thanks, Bryce |
