Default Trouble starting...

I have a 2007 GSX-R 600 with about 3,500 miles on it. Sometimes it has trouble starting, and I have to give it a little throttle in order for it to start. Revving the engine while cold is definitely bad for the motor, so I don't like to do this, however it's the only way the bike starts sometimes. I've noticed it really only happens when it's parked outside my work. I noticed that there is a good amount of dust that collects on my bike while it sits there, and someone mentioned that the dust might be a problem, but isn't that what the air filter is there for? Also, someone else mentioned it was because of the cold weather, but not it's about 70 degrees outside, and the bike is sitting in the sunlight, and it's still happening. I'm thinking about cleaning the throttle valves, but when I replaced the air filter they all looked pretty clean. I know on some single throttle body vehicles, the TPS can be adjusted, but I'm not so sure how the TPS on an ITB setup works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
