Parking? I don't park, I ride!!

We have several riders at work and we use two 1/4"X4"X12' aluminum flat bar. One for the rear row and another for the front.

As Clint stated, making sure they don't get in the way of the handicapped trying to get in and out.
All well and good but how do you KNOW that someone a little shaky on their feet might not stumble into your bike? And how do you KNOW exactly what kind of equipment a "special" vehicle might have??

While I agree with everything else you said, I still think it is WAY better to go down a couple of rows to where the end spaces are NOT designated for handicaped.

I have learned the hard way that no matter where you park you run the risk of someone pushing a buggy into you, scratching it, backing over it and so on. I have had one lady back into the busa already this year because she was on her cell phone and was too busy to look where she was going.

Its almost a case of "danged if you & danged if you don't". It would be nice if they had a designated spot just for bikes though. Make things much easier.

i like to park infront of the parking rows in plain view right near the light pole. also stay away from cross traffic in the parking lot. last summer i had to "lay down" my old by cause some b**** pulled out between to cars and almost clipped me. she then left with out checking to see if i was oky.

Exactly what I don't want to happen! But I have started asking at local retail shops around here and they give me a variety of answers! ohh well.....

I pull right on into the store, park it in the mini arcade area. I'm way to important to be walking across parking lots, those doors are automated for a reason! and by god if I've ever come out to find bird crap on my bike

you mean more than one bad idea came out of Bentonville?

I shouldn't say that; a coworker made a comment that shortly after Wal mart announced it was going to quit selling guns, gun prices took a 20% - 30% jump.

This coworker figures now that Wal mart was not strongarming the suppliers on prices they could charge more. Sounds reasonable to me.
