Well first I would say that the left hand turn is not THAT much worse than the right hander.

Either of the turns looks great in the pictures for a non-pro rider...hell I'm not sure how much better a PRO rider could do.

Is it possible you are nitpicking a yourself a bit much?...Were all of your left hand turns this way, or did you just happen to get a pic of yourself in a bad left hander?

Either way, make it your wallpaper, it looks great!

Wookie, now you're really trying to hurt our feelings! I would love to have it 50 degrees here in Missouri. It was spitting snow a few minutes ago and about 28 degrees! LOL

Thanks all for your kind words. I really think my left turns are worse than my right turns. In addition to the pictures, this is evident by simply looking at the wear patterns on the front tire. Usually, my front tires exhibit more wear on the right side than the left side (especially right at the edge of the contact patch), except for at Fontucky, which is predominantly a left-turn track. Interestingly, the rear tires show relatively even wear....

Since that track day, I've been paying particular attention to my body position in left turns when I do trackdays. I have another trackday scheduled for the end of March. I will see if that problem goes away.

Hey, we have 80+ degree this week. Yeah !!!

Ok. From yesterday's track day. Not quite perfect but getting a little better. Being more familiar with the gixxer than the Duc helps....

Here is my favorite turn:

Looks good to me, I ride aVTX 1300 and if is over that far I am off of it and the wheels are off the ground. I am not sure why with me, but I also don't turn left very well. Even with my VTX I will bounce the right peg off the pavement and never come close with the left.
