Red face Put the bike into storage...

The day is getting closer. Everything I do brings me towards the reality of deployment. Today, I took the C50 over to a friends garage and placed it into storage. (It was cold, about 28 F with a very, very light snowfall.)

Stabilized the gas, fogged the cylendars and cleaned it up.

My friend is going to remove the battery and the leathers and cover it up. Then it will be placed on the lift for a year until I get back.

I will definitely miss riding the next year, but I'm sure I will have other things on my mind.

Anyway, it's not goodbye, Mr. C50, it is, "until we meet again".

Oh well, on to the next item on the list.....

Good luck, and stay safe.

Rest assured that we will all be sleeping better at night, knowing you, and others like you are on guard.

Thank you!
