I think you'll find we have quite a few older members. Check out the poll in the polls forum.

According to the M-J poll I'm in the 53 to 65 group, and I'm not still riding, I'm new to motorcycling. I don't count the little 50cc bike I rode when I was a teenager.

Yea...sure!! I'm 52 and just purchased a 1992 750 Nighthawk this past May. Haven't been on a bike in about 17 years. This is my 6th or
7th motorcycle. I'm a lot more cautious now and just cruise around 45 - 55 mph on the country roads.

I've gone thru Foley many times during the last 15 years on our way down to Golf Shores or Orange Beach. We always do this in March but I'm not sure I can make it this year due to a business trip coming up. I have been thinking about trailering my bike (it's about an 18 hour drive) the next time I go there anyways. It will be a wait and see situation but this could be a possibility.

51 and going out today for a ride.

Every time I hear this. I remember last year I meet this older couple man 75 women 74 on a Suzuki bushman 650 that we talked to and he told me that he switched over to the suzuki from a HD because he could shift that well any more and then he showed me his handy cap plates. That old and still riding.

Cool older riders.

I'm 50, just the body is old. Been 23 years since I owned a street machine. Rode off road till my 1975 MX125C wore out. Started riding again this April, Bought a Kawasaki Ninja 250, then bought a slightly larger cycle. I fell 18 again on two wheels. Just the body might be old.: whistle:
