Default Road Hazards

Another thread got me thinking of all the weird things we encounter on the roads we drive everyday, so I thought it might be interesting to hear about what other people have hit, or seen over there years of driving/riding.

Most of us have probably seen things like accidents, distracted drivers on cell phones, and Deer/Kangaroo/Armadillo/etc running across the road. I was kind of hoping to hear about the really weird stuff.

I have 3 that I can remember off the top of my head

The first is about a deer, but I think it qualifies as weird. This particular deer was spinning through the air after being hit by the car in front of me, I was on a motorcycle, and the darn thing went right past my right shoulder, the bike, and I were completely splattered with blood, but other than that untouched.

The second was a bag of cement I ran over with a car. I was fallowing the car in front of me a little to close, and never saw it, till it was to late, but come-on, a bag of cement in the middle of the freeway.

The third was a chair I hit with my truck. I was in the left lane, well behind a pick up truck in the right lane. I guess someone was moving, because this truck had a bunch of furniture in the back, anyway, this chair rolls out of the back and starts tumbling down the road. At first it looked like it was going to just roll into the ditch on the right hand side, than it takes a crazy bounce like a fumbled football and winds up right in front of, than under my truck.
I'm thinking if I had been on the bike I could have gotten around it, but you never know.

So let's hear your weird encounters.
