That IS MEAN! I almost always line split just because my left hand will end up going numb if I continue to stop-and-go in bad traffic. So it's not very safe even if I stayed in traffic. But I've never had my way blocked. Either, the driver won't care or many of them will give way to me by moving a notch to the side so I have a wider space to pass through. Whenever somebody does that to me, I raise my left hand to thank the driver. Cagers know that bikes will pass them anyway sooner or later. Then let them pass without scratching their cars!! Of course, I'm not in the pics!! I was alone and since I was taking the pics, how can I be in them at the same time! ![]() Awwww.... Nice pic. I don't know why but I love Coney Island... My parents used to take me there when I was living in NY as a child. I don't remember anything but I feel some kind of nostalgia. That's why I decided to go there on my own when I had one weekend to spend.

| I rode in this morning and got to try out my Gerbing's gloves. Man I should've gotten these when I bought the bike. I left home at 48 degrees and 60+ miles later at work it was 44 degrees out. Without the gloves my hands would've been iceicles (sp.) like they usually are, but they were toasty warm. Was a nice ride in in the clean crisp air without the usual humidity on the coast at 5:30 in the morning. My headlights were brighter and shined futher down the road lighting the amber reflectors and yellow and white marker paint, even the colors of the cagers brakelights were more vivid, I felt like I was watching the world go by in High Definition...On the other hand going home this afternoon was windy as all get out with 30-40 mph wind gusts, but sure was nice...
