Reminds me of a Jerry Clower coon hunt: "Always give the coon a fighting chance, he can jump into 15 dogs, but at least he has the option of whipping all those dogs and walking off if he wants to."

I would hate to see how chuck norris hunts... probably just roundhouse kicks them... or just points and says bang and they die.

Glad your situation wasn't worse. I've experienced a lot of deer when I ride the good roads in the area between LA and the Central Coast, but unlike back east and the midwest, they always seem to stay off the roads.
Just PM'ed you the link.

Half of it was kinda messed up when some idiot decided to set fire to a stolen car and pushed it into the canyon last month.

.... hmmm well, IF I was going to hunt a deer, I would put out a bigg plate of my cinnamon oatmeal raisin cookies... which I make with Crisco (and lots of it). Once the deer consumed the plate full, it would be happy to follow me home.

.... either that or it would be a simple matter to ...uh....follow the ...uh....trail as that much Crisco does its work on the lower intestines....

(dont EVER eat more than about 2 of my cookies ...

With 25 million deer in the US, the National Safety Council recommends those riding motorcycles to use the new Deer Collision Prevention Helmets to help avoid hitting a deer. These new helmets essentially scare the deer away and thereby significantly decreases your risks of a deer collision. These helmets come in all sizes to fit your entire family.

That's because only bucks have lightbars, like Rudolph.

Got one on order already, and OSHA is coming out w/ their new safety requirements for off-road bikes which appears to be some sort of cage around the bike w/ a GPS guided laser radar screen, that takes control of the bike from input data derived from a micro-chip implanted in your brain. Right now they only have software written for whitetail deer, the elk and moose programs are coming out later this year.
