Exclamation i learned something very important today. . .

TEST YOUR BRAKES before you go flying off, out for a ride ! ! !
Today i nearly binned my bike,
here's the story...................
i set off . . the third bend i came too on my journey requires some serious slowing down so i pulled the front brake (I rarely use back accept for stopping) and nothing.. so I pulled a little harder still nothing and at 80mph the corner was coming very very quickly so i stamped on the back aiming to lose as much speed as possible while i was still upright before having to lean and fook me i locked the back up and the chain was clunking like a machine gun so i had no choice i let off the brake and leaned into the corner . . . . phew i made it. . . but the moral of the story is check the bike over first ! it was nothing to do with brake pads nooooo the bloody fork seals had gone and were leaking oil all over the the brakes ! ! ! lucky escape i recon !
