Default Hayabusa 2008

Well ladies and gents. I've seen it live and I sat on it too. I honestly mean it's an awesome looking bike. Forget about pictures, wait to see it live

That is a nice bike!
Suzuki seems to like orange lately. The 2007 gixxer 1000 had a black/orange color scheme that looked great also. It had more black and orange was used as an accent color though.

OK, found a pic.

At least I got the wow feeling at first sight. Standing over it, I got the 'Oh boy this thing moves' even still I was looking at it.

Even though I won't(broke as a joke) buy it, I sure heck want to try it

I like it too, the whole thing.....except those gi-normous cans.

Cool bike though, IMO they did a good job of pickin' it up without muckin' it up!

Okay, I'll go ahead and ask it... how fun is a Hayabusa anyways?

From what I've read, while it has a huge engine, it's just a big, heavy, long rocket without a whole lot in the corners. So, why not just opt for a GSX-R 1000 or something?

I think it really boils down to personal tastes and that's what makes the whole thing interesting and fun. If you only had bikes that are fun or good for corners, then you don't get the variety. Some like the absolute power of bikes, some like the cornering capabilities, some like the looks, some like the sound...and you can go on and on.

If you're only talking about the twisties (not track corners), a 250cc motard could be faster.

So I think the Hayabusas will be fun for its absolute power and would love to ride one myself. I don't cuz they're too big for me, but if I can, I might try it myself.

It's a #¤%& of a fast sportstourer, and just looking at it you sure will giggle as a little schoolgirl, because you know Why opt for a Gixxer thou, you say... well, it must be for some reason or another that the previous busa got very popular...

I own a gixxer thou, but I still get impressed by this bike.

Ya, I know what you mean.
It's not all logic that explains it. It comes from a more "emotional" part that transcends logic, right?

Well you can ride it if you wanted to but I can't.

That's what my friend and I call the "Halloween Special" color scheme.

With the long wheelbase they aren't quite AS responsive but you can push her over and force the turns. I've seen some good handling on a busa before, it just takes a good rider.

The busa is also nice just because of the name. It's like asking someone why they buy certain high-end vehicles when the lower-end versions are just as good -- because they can. I like that there is variety out there. If we all rode the same bikes it would be boring!

We missed it. When? Just now. When will then be now? Soon.

I've seen some good busa riders too. Like you said, I think it's gotten a certain "brand" feel to it by now. You may not need that power, but you can want it.
