Default ? about replying to post

I seem to have an issue. I can't reply to any post on any of the boards. It says that I can at the bottom, but their is no place for this. The only option that I have is a new post. I know that this isn't probably the best place for this question, but I searched the whole board and thought this might get the most attention.

Thanks,
BoilerDrake

since you cant reply we cant ask questions... make sure you have an internet browser that these message boards support. Internet explorer is always a safe bet. I believe it's on 6 now?

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx

if that isn't the problem then I guess I misunderstood the question...

I just rebooted and now the post reply button is available. I'm using IE v6, I should have checked this website by trying mozilla to see if the reply button was available.

Thanks for the reply.

down towards the bottom of a post, there is a post topic button and a post reply button next to it in the lower left corner of the last reply.

It wasn't there until I rebooted the computer the only thing I had was new post at the top and bottom. Rebooted and had the post reply at the top next too the new post button. Wouldn't be the first time, won't be the last that my IE doesnt' work properly.

Thanks for the reply

It was likely just a cookie thing. SInce you just registered on the site, your browser needed to get a new cookie. Best thing to do when registering on a new site is to close your browser, reopen it and then go to that site and log-in. That should reset any cookies that you need to have the options available to you as far as posting/replying etc.
