I got so drunk that I tripped over a sock laying on the floor. Thankfully I was already at home.

I couldn't bring myself to call the cops on a friend (not faulting you for doing so), but I would come up with some creative measures to insure that they didn't drink and drive.

Yeah I'd just hit them upside the head w/ a 2x4. That usually deters most of them...

I still say the 2x4 works the best. They never question it again.

It's not assault if I'm wearing gloves and no witnesses! They are drunk, read non-credible witness!

I know we hear a lot about drunk driving, but what about cell phone usage while driving? Wouldn't this fall into the same category because talking while driving does hinder your judgment as well, to some degree???

Hmmm... lemme rethink that... almost anything you do either before or while driving, can have great affects on one's ability to drive...

It is now against the law to use a phone whilst you are driving in the UK, just like speeding, drunk driving etc, however, it doesn't deter people from doing it.

And guess what, FACT.... the greatest perpetrators of this crime are the 17-22 year old female drivers

When questioned by police, the driver said he was aware of the collision, and felt the least he could do was take the rider to dinner...
