Well as I had stated before in some other unknown thread no one remembers.. I have had to deal with a few lower back surgeries and keeping weight down I have had to be creative since going to the gym is not on the agenda. Mainly just passing a meal or two during the week and eating salads helps but.. the main thing I have found to help me drop weight and I mean fast was leaving beer and any other alcoholic beverage alone. For a year now I have been sober which for me was saying alot.. so getting rid of even light beer was one of the best things I've done in a long time..
Keep those lbs off guys and have a longer life to enjoy those rides..
