|  Drivetrain: Chain, Shaft, Belt?
[newbie]Why do so many of the sportbikes have chain drives, while most of the cruisers have belt/shaft drives? Are chain's lighter or something? I thought the move to belt/shaft drives was due to maint. reduction. Is there performance loss to go along with it?[/newbie]
