|  Emissions and chassis-dynamometer test
Hi all, Short questions. In what states do you guys need to do a chassis-dynamometer test for passing emissions? Is that only in California? Or is that only required for new motorcycles? What states required idle test as opposed to chassis-dynamometer test? A. |
