|  Adding a Windshield
Hello I am thinking about adding a windshield to my 1996 Virago 535 and I am looking for some opinions since I am new to the motorcycle thing. First, what are the pros and cons? Currently I just ride local roads and stay off the highways. Eventually I would like to ride to and from work which would consist of about 10 miles on the highway at 55 to 65 mph. Would the benefit of a windshield be worth it? Would it make traveling on the highway more bearable in regards to wind and bugs? Are there any negative aspects to adding a windshield? There are couple on ebay for my bike. Thanks in advance. |
