Default Brighter Lamps for Factory Turn Signal Sockets?

Call me strange and, maybe even, old fashioned, but I kinda like the factory turn signals, but would, however like to make them brighter.

I was wondering if anyone has run accross any LED or other brighter lamps to put into the stock turn signal sockets.

Any help at all would be deeply appreciated.

LED replacement bulbs are almost never brighter. I wouldn't even try that. Can't say I've ever seen higher wattage versions of standard bulbs.

Default LEDs

I have used LEDs (notice the s) to make lighting brighter, but I have always made custom inserts for them. I am not aware of any "one size fits all" LED illumination that isnt a lot dimmer than standard bulbs.

You can find replacement blinkers where the entire blinker is an array of LEDs - these are pretty bright. But a replacement bulb for blinkers - nope, I haven't seen that.

I have replacement bulbs for my tail lights (TailBlazers) - the standard bulbs have been replaced with halogen bulbs (and include additional circuitry to allow the tail lights to blink). But I don't think they make replacements for the blinkers.

I would be very careful about replacing the bulbs with a higher watt rating. If you aren't careful, the additional heat could melt the lens, or could overload your bike's wiring.
