| Tin Foil Inspector ![]() | Did a search, found no topics on this... I am having trouble finding specs on bikes. By specs I mean measurments such as: Top speed, 0-60, 0-100, hp, torque. If anyone knows any web sites that offer info like that, it would be awesome. Thanks.

| Tin Foil Inspector ![]() | That's a cool site, besides the plethora of popups that saturate the screen everytime you view a page They didnt have the specs and times I was looking for though for the bikes I primarily wanted to see! Honda cbr600f4i and suzuki gs500f. Anyone else know any other sites. I am still tryin to look with little success. I've had some success. I expected faster quarter miles, to be sure, but these still beat some very fast (viper level) cars in general. http://www.sportrider.com/bikes/146_perf_nums/ |

| Bike Specs from magazines and websites have nothing to do with the bikes actual performance on the street. RIDER RIDER RIDER. I have quit reading them because it is the same crap every year. - Nut |

| Because you can only ride so fast on the street. It is total hype. Is the newer GSX-R 1000 THAT much better than one built three years ago? On the track, yes, it can be made to be at the professional level. At the club racing level, depends on the rider. I have friends running faster times racing old '88/'89 FZR 400s that are just CRUSHING the new big bikes on the track. It is the uneducated that lose this battle. I'll take an EX-500 out on the street and have a blast in the twisties. - Nut |
