Smile I got my hubby a KTM

Hi again everyone,

Well, my hubby had wanted a modern big bore dual purpose bike for a while, but the right bike had not come along, and we did not look very hard...

Anyway, this morning I turned on the laptop (an unusual Sunday morning activity for me) and browsed through the local motorcycle listings. Saw the KTM, figured that "at that price" it must already be sold, but emailed the guy anyway. He called back within one minute, and within a few more minutes I was on the way to see it.

You guys would've laughed if you saw me riding that thing. Or, rather, climbing on and off of it. I am short and relatively light, and the bike is rather tall, so I was a little worried about ending up with the rubber side NOT on the pavement. Fortunately, I took off without too many problems and once I got going, I had no problem riding it (it's that way with all big bikes for me). Of course, once I stopped, I could not get off until the bike's owner came up and held the bike

So now my hubby is a proud owner of a KTM 620 dual purpose beast. I will post pics later.
