| This looks more like the frame number than the VIN(17 digits). The tenth (10th) digit in the VIN is the year. Can you find this number? Here's an example of the plate on which the VIN is printed. On this example, the 10th digit, the N, tells us that the year is 1992 (Example is a GSXR 1100)
