Default This got me thinking....

If any of yah have ever read "The bathroom reader" series books, first i suggest you do, cause i read a funny fact that said that there was someone who invented a vibrating toilet seat, which actually stimulated the buttocks and helped prevent diarrhea, constipation, and any other problems with that matter... does this mean that riding our bikes ensures us that we'll prevent those kind of misfortunes ? hahahaha

When i first felt that rumble on my bum i was like "whoa this is cooler than sitting on the washer/dryer!" haha i didnt know it'd be good for me ! lol!

Actually, I find the opposite to be the case. After a long ride I definitely have to go to the "library" for a while.
