Default The fun begins in twenty-five years

A little sage advice from an old road warrior. These little pukes think it is cool to do stoppies, wheelies burn-outs, etc. and yes it does make for some entertaining footage. What isn't included in the film is what these cowboys look like at fifty. Arthritis, joint problems and fractures that never healed properly. Scars, infection complications and that is before we get to the head trama - bounce your head off the pavement enough and you will be sparring with Muhammed Ali at the home.

Your body is a non-renewable resource and what is minor at twenty will become a major issue at fifty. I have a friend that was totally irresponsible on a motorcycle at twenty. He is forty-eight and on disability. Unable to work, ride or function at normal, every-day activities. I'd like to see him wheelie his scooter now but then again he can't because it has wheelie wheels to keep from rotating backwards when climbing the curves.

It is unfortunate for our society that these fools only did a half-ass job and were never removed from the gene pool.

I don't know your friend so I am NOT speaking of him specifically, but in the U.S. lots of idiots like those in the videos are the ones we wind up supporting through gov't aid because they become unable to work once they get to the stage described by Boulevar Billy above.
--THAT pisses me off.

The squids that do their stuff on public roads and in traffic are the ones I'd like to go a 5-minute session with.
Except resorting to violence would lower me to their level of idiocy.

No pun intended, I'm sure I do agree with you though. I can't imagine a track around here letting something like that go on.

Boulevard Billy,

I just want to make sure I read this correctly, but do you intend your signature to say, "Mother, remember you will die"?

No, the English equivalent is "Remember your mortality". I think that that is more than appropriate for this post.

I hire a 3'4" midget to ride behind me and continually wisper that in my ear.

The other one I like is a bumper sticker on a NRA member's car.

I wonder what hurt more... the falling or the pain of making stupid and expensive mistakes.
