Default Riding Motorcycles in Alaska in the winter- how brave are you?

Couple pics of my buddy Mark, just got this KLR650 (making him a four bike owner now) for winter riding- it has car studs in the tires, he uses a snowmachine heated helmet with breath deflector, heated suit and handgrips- even so, with the hippo hands (heated) heated suit, boots and helmet- he says his pinky fingers still got real cold when riding to portage (80 mile + round trip) when it was about -25F.

He stopped by my shop to see the work I am doing lately (my shop seems to be a regular stop for bikers of all genre's these days LOL)

Here is a pic of the studs"
