|  My new used bike GSXR 750
I just found this forum and have been doing some reading on here. I purchased a 1998 gsxr 750 the other day. I have wanted one of these bikes for a long time. I have read some of the threads on here about these bikes. As you can see below most of my experience is on fairly heavy Harley Davidson motorcycles. I have also riden plenty of these high powered sport bikes but have never owned anything like this gsxr. Do you have any suggestions on this transition I am about to make. I am a 37year old male with approximately 40000 to 50000 miles of riding experience. I have owned a Yamaha 250, Honda cm400T, Yamaha fj???, 1993 1200 sportster, a 2004 low rider and a 2006 Road King was the bike I just got rid of. I took the gsxr for a ride and noticed that this bike is really really light compared to what I am used to. My Road King was so heavy that it was hard to hold up under certain circumstances. I would appreciate any suggestions. |
