|  Hello all from the new guy...
Hi guys. I stumbled across your forum in search of a gixxer forum where they seem to be able to answer some questions. I have been a member of Suzuki Katana GSX-F Discussion Forums - KatRiders.com for a while now, since I ride a katana. Anyway, I am a 41 yr old guy who has been riding since the age of 12, if you count moto-x. 25 yrs of street riding. I am more into the old bikes than I am the newer ones. Mostly cuz of money. I can own 4-5 nice old classics for alot less than a new one. Not that there is anything wrong with new...but it just isn't for me. My current collection consists of the following: '82 1100 katana (needs to be restored)  84 GS550 after I restored it for the gf....she picked the color...not me...lol  my 86 750 kat (with the flip-up headlight_  84 750 kat, also with the flip-up light  93 1100 kat....my daily driver  I also have a 92 1100 kat that is being fitted with a V&H race engine (1216). it is a work in progress and will become a streetfighter. No pics as of yet cuz it is a top secret project......hehe...j/k. I just haven't gotten around to taking any. So that's it....this is me, and those are my bikes. Looking foward to seeing what this forum has to offer and possibly making some new virtual buddies. safe riding all! |
