Phoenix AZ!!! I spend 15 weeks last year living in the Chiricuhua Mountains... when I first got there I could not go over the Mountain because of the snow... it is an awesome area... I am sure you ride the "Devil's Back Bone"???
What adventures there!... sometimes lost without seeing a soul for a few days... a Rancher was always a welcome sight... and yes... I did stay away from the borders!
Mt Lemon?... cool! I should be coming through there next summer... end of summer... will have to compare notes!!! I'll be camping somewhere... this time being totally self contained, gen set 2KW, power pack 600Amp, water purifier... you name it... it will be lots of fun!

Familiar?

Mt Lemon...

Great memories... just have to do again... and again!

Be well... you have an awesome Forum!

Winter... not being the best time to be on the road... short days... weather... has me debatting where to go... NO Florida... (18 years was enough, even if it was 6 months out of the year...) and I need to stay East Coast to be able to come up Eastern Seaboard next summer...
Louisiana?... sure could sharpen some "Cajun" food knowledge which is really nul after all these years... Alabama?... never done that State too much... Eastern Texas?... kind of just have flown through there...
And then again... maybe I should ask this question on another thread...
Be well... Ara

Hey man. Check out the Ride Days section in the Events and Rides Section. We are going to have a shindig get together in Gatlinburg next summer and we are in the opening stages of it. Would you be interested in helping out with maybe a barbeque setup for one of the nights at the pool????

Just throwing ideas out there to the members of the site. If we could get Intimid8er to bring the Taj Mahal Grill up from Tampa that would rock!!!

Hi again Ara.
Just took the time to look through your personal chef site. Very impressive menu! At your initial intro, I thought you were a guy who liked to ride and cook.
But man, you've taken cooking to whole new level. If you do attend the Ga. event, not only will the boys and girls be in for a treat, but you better be prepared to make the trip every year thereafter.
It'll be another Sturgis in the making.

Enjoy your travels bud.

Well... anyone can do anything they want within reason... but what reason? I have always received a lot of support throughout my trips... my Ancestors for sure might have been Nomads... or take the Gypsies in Europe... if one can gear their life with no house and no bills and a Passion for their trade... why not! I hope that these coming years some will organize indeed some get together where besides riding... "good food" would be a reason to travel...
Lets do away from the Hot Dogs... or baked potatoes and cook your own frozen steak as I have seen at some Rallys... and at the same time good food does not need to be expensive, unless you want it to be!...
All I always say is... north in the Summer... south in the Winter!

Be well....

Ara
