| I am looking for a good cold weather riding jacket, one that is under $300. I wanted to get leather because it has more protection, but I have found some good cold weather Textile jackets too. Anyone have any suggestions? Looking for protection first, but warmth is obviously important. I found this one and like it, but not sure how warm it would be. Cortech (by Tourmaster, Tour Master) ADX Textile Motorcycle Jacket Also saw this one, but again, have no idea how warm it would be, nor does it state how thick the leather is. | I ended up going with this jacket. Tourmaster, Tour Master Coaster Leather Motorcycle Jacket Normally a $200 jacket. I have also read several reviews on different sites that were made by consumers. It seems that the jacket sizes run almost 1 entire size too small, so before buying this. I bought an XXL when I normally wear an XL. Even if it's too big, it's meant for winter and I will most likely have a sweat shirt on underneath. Second, the general conensus seems to be that it is a pretty thick and stiff leather for the money. Liner is a bit time consuming getting in, but again, I have a warm weather jacket, so I am not worried about taking out the liner. I'll post more once I get the jacket and see it for myself. |

| Refrigerator Magnet Test Engineer ![]() | I just got the Tourmaster Flex jacket. So far I am pretty happy with it. I rode to work today and it was 46F. Wore the jacket with just the wet weather liner. Wasn't cold at all. I like the fact that it can be switched to mesh for warmer weather and it comes with a waterproof liner. I also bought the Tourmaster Caliber Pants and Tourmaster Coldfront Carbon Gloves. Like I said I'm pretty happy with them all. Here's the links. I bought all three from NewEnough.com. | Refrigerator Magnet Test Engineer ![]() | That's what I liked about those pants. They are the only ones that come in different lengths. That and the 3 position adjustable knee pads make them a great fit. If you use the sizing chart on NewEnough, they are really close. I did try them on at a local stealer before trying though.

| I didn't see the additional sizing. I went ahead and ordered a pair. I am a long time and frequent customer, I am sure with all of the feed back and sales I give them, they will take them back without question if they don't fit. Not bad for armored textile pants and an armored leather jacket...$255 |

| Seat Tester | I have the Tourmaster Advanced Sport jacket along with Tourmaster Caliber pants, they work great in weather down to 40 degrees in Chicago. I haven't had a chance to wear them in colder weather, we'll see how that goes. I haven't had the liners attached yet.
