Default To Few Bikes, so little time

I've got 3 motorcycles (which is nice), but have a few more I want to add to my collection. kaw 250, suzuki S40 and either a Ducati or a CBR1000RR (or OCC chopper). The problem is storage space. My shed (a large one ) is packed and I need a new garage. I've got the money for the first 2 bikes no problem, but add almost $10,000 for the new garage and another $10 or 20,000 for the duke or CBR and I'll have to remortgage. The house is almost paid for and I was looking forward to that, but either you have the cash or you don't. I could build the garage first and get the kaw, but have to wait at least 2 years before i start adding the other bikes. I'm 48, but time flys. Not sure what to do. I want everything paid off by the time i'm 62.5 for obvious reasons. what would you do?
