i second (third?) the joe rocket phoenix. it's been 100+ here almost every day this week, and i've ridden my bike quite a bit the last few days. breathes well, easily adjustable.

I have the Tourmaster Coretech Jacket. I have worn it on days when the temp topped 90. With all the vents open, it was very comfortable as long as you are moving. I now have to buy some riding pants and my season can be extended by atleast a month.

Don't have anything to compare it to, comfort-wise, but I picked up this Hein Gericke for $120. It has a waterproof liner and the quality seems great.
