Default Can anyone recommend a cover that will protect my seat, gauges and tank?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can anyone recommend a cover that will protect my seat, gauges and tank? I am looking for something that I can use to protect my bike from sun, bird mess etc. while I go into a store. I didn't want a full cover or half cover, just something thing about the size of a bath towel that would attach to the handle bars and the rear of my seat.

Thanks and safe riding to you,
Blue Max

I don't know of a product that you can buy that exactly matches what you want but why not make something? Take an old beach towel and sew some velcro to it so you can drape it over the areas you want.

For Houston I would think dust would be your worst enemy> Keep the Air filter clean.

Not to be insensitive, but if you want a cover Wal-Mart sells them for $25 bones. Good luck finding the one you describe………..

Thanks for you input. I will try to fabricate some kind of water/sun proof cover since there is nothing commercial out there.

Safe riding to you.

I got a half cover for my Harley FLH from this company. It covers the seat, tank, etc but not the whole bike. I don't know if they make a 'model specific' one to fit your bike or not, but you should check them out, as they have universal fit ones in several sizes.

Default Top bike cover by Kuryakn

Kuryakn makes a cover for the top of the bike...it's close to what you are asking for...
