Default Run to St Augustine and 4500 mile report

Five of us decided last week to have lunch in St.Augustine (Florida)

2 C50 's, A Victory, A Harley Heritage Soft Tail and A Valkrie, Yes a C50 can and does easily keep up with the "Big" boy's.

This was a 230 mile round trip for us thru the Ocala National Forest on 2 lane roads (read fun roads). On the way back I started to realize that my bike has never run any better or smoother and it turned 4500 miles on the speedo sometime during the trip. Has any one else noticed this as their bike gets some miles on it ? oh yeah I got 48 + mpg going and on the return. The present setup is, Jardine's 2 into 1 megaphone exhaust, Thunder teardrop air kit and a custom ECM flash by my dealer using the Yohshi computer.

I have read some post's here recently about how "some" day Ill get a bigger bike, when I out grow my C50, M50 with some amusement.

Hear are some pic's

Nice pics Danr!

Yup, I have had thought of either upgrading to a bigger cruiser or trading in for a V-Strom, but if your "C'" can hang with the big boys, I'll have to keep the M and work some of that EZ magic.

Man I wish I had known about this. You guys could have went over to the Conch House. The resturant is right on the water. Good food..good view. Plenty of bike parking.
Either that or next time try the sunset grill over pas the lighthouse on A1A.
We ride down there atleast every other month.
