| I know there are several Georgia riders on here so I'll ask for help. I would like to get to Unadilla, Ga. with the least amount of interstate riding. I plan on heading down 441 from Knoxville, TN. Then take 53 over to Gainesville, then I'll hit 129 through Athens to Macon. I'll probably hit I-75 there for the short distance on to Unadilla. Does anyone have a better route? Is anyone else planning on going to the rally? Here's the link; http://www.ironangelsmcrally.com/rally/index.cfm

| May 2007 Member of the month ![]() | You can take 441 south through the Smokies to pick up Hwy 23/441 south. Stay on that until you hit US129/441 south. Just stay on US129 all the way through Macon until you see where Hwy 41 south splits off of it. Then take Hwy 41 south all the way into Unadilla. That is absolutely no interstate riding at all. There is some divided four lane but no interstate. If you want to take a scenic route there is all kinds of alternates between Cherokee and Helen that you can take. But the route I told you is one of the more direct routes that is non-interstate. Hope that helps.

Good advice. Looking at the Angel Girls, its wiser to take the direct route. There's enough scenery at the rally. Have fun Jerryzuki.
