Ah yes, "they" can often be experts of what "they" have not yet owned or ridden upon.....I think I will insist on a demo ride before laying out the bucks on the "05 M95 that whispers "pick me!" whenever I go there, just to verify if "they" have any real clue about it.....

That's because "they" need to put a set of pipes on it. Engine knock? What engine knock?

No problem with mine either. I'll have a better review when I get back from Wy in a few months. Looking forward to that trip.

Don't tell me about them. The more I use mine, the more I need to fill in the gas tank!

2000 miles into mine, I'll have to say that I havn't found anything to %%%%% about. Well, maybe putting two tone paint on the "T" would be better. But that would add to the cost. So I think I pretty much got what I paid for.

They have trouble admtting and correcting mechanical and design flaws. Second-generation Bandits have terrible headlights that crud up with black dust over time, but you'll never hear Suzuki take responsibility for it. They also released the first few thousand (tens of thousands?) 1200 motors with faulty pistons that allowed oil to leak past, creating a serious smoking issue. It took a tremendous amount of screaming to get Suzuki to recognize the problem, and then they instituted a quart per 600 miles minimum burn to qualify for new pistons.

They make a good product, but when they have problems they're painfully slow to correct them.
