| Since the flaming Boulevard scheme didn’t work, I decided to try putting pin stripes on the tank. I think I like this. I tried the front fender but but couldn't get it right last night. I think I might have been drinking. I'll try it again later.![]() ![]()

| I LIKE IT! I don't know why, but i think it gives a "classic" look. Post pix of the fenders when complete. That should really tie the bike together. NOT BAD for a guy who MAY have been drinking

| Pin striping def takes practice. I used to recondition cars and did my own pin striping. It took me about 5 cars just before I knew how to make a straight line with one. Took another 10 to get the two sides to match and after that, I started getting creative. I made some pretty ugly creations, atleast, I think alot of pinstriping on a car is ugly, but the customer was happy with it. As for the pic you posted, I like that. The striping accents the lines of the tank. Another way of pin striping if you want to keep it conservative is to do a tear drop on each side of the tank. This takes a little more skill though, as you have to do a full 180 with the stripe. |

| Does look better than the last attempt. Just curious if you did the other side already. If so, do you have a match?

| U.B's LoveChild ![]() | I think it looks very nice! I agree with Poe-Boy in that it gives the bike sort of a vintage look to it that works well. Right on man!
