Red face TT 250 1972 vintage

Hello Everybody,

Its Bob from UK, I am having trouble in finding any info on the above bike.

They were only as far as I know sold in the UK, but I am unable to find out why Suzuki ever made a TT 250, and what the difference was.

If anyone can help point me in the direction of information, or know anything about these I would be grateful to recieve information.

Kind Regards to all

Rob

Check out the following link, it has some very interesting information regarding TR250 suzukis and racing in the TT races of the late 1960's and early 1970's.

Good Luck.

P.S. Out here the TT 250 is a Yamaha made mototrcycle.

Many Thanks for your reply, yes ,Yamaha also have a TT 250, the suzuki one is very similar to the GT 250, except the wider rear swinging arm, wider rear mudguard(fender), black painted rear light cluster, and non-Ram air cylinder head.

But , why did they make just a small production run of these, very unusual and obviously quite rare.

Anyhow thanks again.
