Default Ok you Northeners hate me

It was a chilly morning today (55 degrees) but 7 of us brave souls left at 9 AM for a 65 mile jaunt up to Cedar Key (Florida) for some lunch and sight seeing. It was a beautiful day not a cloud in the sky and a light breeze. here are some pics. Take heart, spring is a coming !

Our rides

Camera Hogs

Clammer docking with their catch

The catch in barrels

Lunch on upper level

My riding buddy

Thumbs up Nice Saddlebags

I must admit, I am not a fan of the look of saddlebags on the cruisers but yours looks GREAT with two tone that matches the bike! NICE!! First one I liked!

Thumbs up

Well even here in the "Frozen Minnesota" it reached 45° and I did ride today, 62 mi. worth, although 55° would have been nicer to ride in! nice camera hogs though

Also it looks like Mon. and Tues. (my off days) are going to be clear skies and sunny weather, just right for riding...

It's nice here today, too (41 and sunny), but the roads are still icy, sloppy and sandy. I'll pass, I think. About six more weeks. I did see a bike out, though.

Well the temps reached 60° today and I feel for our northern breathern stuck in the slush, sand salt etc......

Oh this is Jaunuary right, feels more like March or April right now, even the trees are starting to bud out again.

Danr, No hate from Indiana. I rode about 50 mi. yesterday, 25 today, and took my kids crotch rocket and beat it for about 10 mi. The weather has been about 25 deg. above normal for the entire month of Jan. (50's) Tonight it's back to reality, 20's & 30's!
Safe Ride Blessings,
Pat
