I have had good business with Oneida, no problems, my order with Cruisercustomizing was ok, but I think on my over $500.00 order I saved $4.61 so I don't think I will be buying from them again unless no one else has what I am looking for, in all honesty when I am looking for something specific I do search for the lowest price and also good reviews and all in all I have found most of the time Oneida gets my business, after reading so many posts of others with problems with them I hope I never end up going down that yellow brick road!

Amen Brother...

May you never experience these difficulties shopping with Oneida. Right now, after all the back and forth with them, I just found a UPS delivery in my mother's house tonight, from Oneida. After their website declined my order, and according to their staff over the phone, it was my credit card company. A lie. My card company "had no record of any transaction with this merchant." No they sent the order and charged to my credit card. Well, transaction without authorization?? Let's see tomorrow. Of course, as soon as I get an opportunity in my office I'll be on the horn with them.
Right now, despite having the items here with me, I am not in the best of disposition with them.
Furthermore, I wonder what happened with my Money order???
Stay tuned for another episode of Oneida Suzuki, The Deseptive-Cons...

They'll probably tell you that you're crazy and don't know what you're talking about. They won't go " 'round and 'round with you on this.", and you the card holding customer couldn't possibly know what you are talking about.

I had no problems with my order. It arrived on time and it was in good condition (some of the chrome was discolored but i think it'll polish out).

edit: It was a sissy bar mounting kit by the way.

It would suck to be you man. I ordered a tank bib and windshield bag Last week from them. The UPS man brought them today. I was able to track them by the tracking number. A very pleasant experience. I hope everything works out for you.

LOL Did you asked him before you poested here? That is exactly what he said. I started by saying that after the order had been declined online now I received a package lastnight via UPS with the items and an invoice showing that it was charged. I then asked what ever happened to the money order i had sent? "Hold on" "The money order was used to pay for the order. It was money order." Well, sir, according to my credit card company Oneida posted charges on my card. "Nope, I don't see any use of credit card. You need to talk to the right people there." Ok, please, any suggestion of who to talk to when i call my card company again? "You need to talk to the right people. SOmebody who knows about card charges. The people who you've been talking to sure don't know what they're talking about." Sir, I am not going to entertain this any further, you posted charges on my card. That is fraud after you declined the order you should not have made use of my card. " I'm not going to start arguing with you. You're crazy. You, you, you don't what you're talking about. You know what man, I'm not going to argue with you. You are just crazy. There is no charges on your card." Yes there is. "I'm going to hang up." "Click"

Dial again, "Oneida hold" ............................ Yeah, Oneida. Joe or whatever your name really is, "Listen I told you to talk to your credit card. I can't help you. There is nothing I can help you with. Goodbye." "Click"

So, BBB was contacted. Citizens Bank was contacted. No I must go to my branch tomorrow to sing some form to authorize bank to go after them and sign report. Jerry or Joe whomever he may be must be looney. for $146.41?

Stay tuned...
You see guys, then you said you don't like soaps. They're fun every now and then.

Sounds like they have a day shift, and a night shift there. I've always had good luck, but I don't want to risk getting the wrong shift, so I won't be going back.

Don't know but i can only call until 4:00 PM from here in Philadelphia. It is always the same voice. WHo in fact, today despite my persistance asking for a manager all i got as an answer was: "..... Sir, I am the one who handles the internet phone calls." Are you the manager? "I handle the internet" Joe, ARE YOU THE MANAGER? " What do you need sir? How can I help you?"
Again, they have good prices, which at times are worthless when including their shipping charges. I really don't think I will go back with them. It is ridiculous that there is no one to talk to. My opinion is that this is a one man operation from some sotrage building. He might have so help to do the shipping/packaging but that is it. It is Tricky Joe Jerry whomever he might be at the helm.
