Default Bike is rusting after 3 weeks?!?

Today my co-workers pointed out some rust on my bike, then the more I looked, the more surface rust I have seen.

I have surface rust on the center of my rear wheel, pitting on the license plate bracket, boubbling on the chrome thats on the rear directionals.

What gives?!?

It's 3 weeks old, and has 35miles on it. It was stored on the porch (covered by the porch above me) for a week, then the next 2 weeks it was covered. I never rode it in the rain. It's a 2005 leftover that had zero miles on it.

What should I do? Do I have any grounds to take it back to the dealership?
