Default You ain't gonna believe it

My roommate bought a '02 TL1000R . Anyway, he's new to riding and he took the MSF course as I and others have recommended. Well, we all expected him to lay it down once or twice, as many new riders do. Well, he did a few times, the last one bruising hip quite nicely. Anywho, he asked me to ride it for him to keep it moving and let him know of any problems and make minor adjustments on it. It's running good so far, and I think he's about given up on riding it.

I told him to not be discouraged after falling. Everyone drops it, just a matter of time. Hoping to revamp his riding spirit but I think his ego is more bruised than he is. If he doesn't want to keep riding it, he said that he'd sell it to me . Of course I still encourage him to get back on the horse, so to speak, and get better and re-affirm confidence in riding.

Sorry for the long post but I thought I'd share that I may have a bike of my own in the somewhat near future.

Been a member of this forum for over a year and still don't have a bike. Lol, is ownership a rule? Definately overstayed my welcome then, but I thank you for your tolerance.
