One of the funniest T.V. moments in history, IMO, was when Simmons was on Letterman, and he asked Dave for a cigar. Dave gives him one and Richard asks, " so now what do I do", to which Letterman gave an increduous look and replied, "...like you don't know".
I think I actually might have lost sphincter tone on that one.

depends on your definition of "showing off"...

to people who don't play instruments, when i go to a jam i'm showing off.
to people who don't ride, when i slowly ride my bike around the lake, i'm showing off.
especially when i smile while i'm doing it...

I don't show off in anything and i have nothing to show off about even if i wanted to. As far I'm concerned there's always someone better so why make myself look dumb.

Usually when I try to show off, I screw up! So, I learned to just take it as it comes.

yep same here, first time a van came by while i was driving in a parking lot, and i got so nervous i stalled the bike twice in a row and burned my leg on the muffler.... lololol

Well not for them to "wear" persay, however I don't mind the glances and stares you can see by looking in multiple mirrors with out them knowing it.

I'm not experienced enough on my little bike to show off ... also, I think I'm too big for the bike to show off. LOL

Perhaps it was considered showing off the day I first rode a dirt bike at age 9, spun the wheel and rode straight into a small pine tree, burning my leg on the exhaust and scraping my arm. hahahaha
