Default The Weather....

Well, last weekend was the coldest Florida has been since last January. We had temps down in the 30's and 40's, with a very COLD wind chill. Im sure this is nothing compared to what is happening in the northern part of the country and Canada, but wanted to let you all know, that its happening with us as well.

The cold temps arent expected to last much longer. By the end of this week it should be back in the upper 70's to lower 80's. Not trying to rub it in, though.

What is happening with the rest of you guys/gals? I know on the main room, Loius mentioned that it snowed this past weekend. Sorry to hear that!

The forcast for the week is highs in the upper 30's to low 40's and lows in the mid teens. Been getting snow just about every day as well but nothing sticking.

Weather today is hot. Damn hot, real hot. Its as hot as this in my shorts - I can cook things in 'em - do a little crotch pot cooking!

Seriously though - its warm here - temps in about 30 to 32 degrees centigrade, no wind. Swimming weather with beer.

Its 106 miles to Chicago. We have a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, its dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Hey, psycho, we're not getting back together. Now get out of my Van Halen t-shirt before you jinx the band and they break up.

LOL. I think I would have to think real hard about coming over.

That sounds just bad, after you read it a couple of times.

The current temp for us is 63 F.

Im feeling the same way. The weather outside is not that bad compared to others here on the board, however, Im wanting the warm weather to come back so I can get on the bike and go riding. I really wanted to do that today, but it just wasnt meant to be.

There is no way you would find me outside in those temps. I would freeze my ass off and that wouldnt be good, IMHO.

I managed to get some new tires on the AWD SVX. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. And let the fun begin!

I'm ready !

Blizzaks on the car !

I put on an aftermarket exhaust and rejetted the snowblower !

New titanium snow shovel with ergonomic handle !

About the only time you can pass other cars while going sideways and the cops won't bother you.

Actually when I was 17, I sort of crashed into a patrol car during a snowstorm.

Last winter I was forced off the road by some Yahoo in a SUV ( most know they have more traction to get up to speed but don't know how to handle them when they get squirrely ). I went off road about 100' and was thinking to myself this isn't so bad the snow isn't that deep I'll just back out. When the car came to a stop , it all of a sudden sunk in past the window sills. Had to climb out through the window. Uncle Bob was not happy.
