I guess your fantasy is much better than reality ...

I can't imagine anything that a gynocologist does could be remotely "stimulating" ... ewww. I imagine that it's sort of like being a dentist, except there is less chance of getting bit. Definitely not my ideal job.

My ideal job would be to be a photographer for Playboy. You have beautiful women who are posing for you, and doing everything they can to look good. It's probably the only job in the world where women would actually listen to what a man is saying...
