Hilarious...I didnt live in California, but I did live in Yuma, AZ which was 2.5 hours from San Diego. We made the trip almost three times a month and believe me when I say Cali drivers are ridiculous! Though nothing like DC drivers...DC drivers are a whole different breed of idiot.

I think we can agree than American drivrs in general suck at driving. That's before considering whether they are inconsiderate at the same time too.

I think don't most of this can be confined to CA either, I think it applies to every sate I've drove around in

On a side note, in the interest of being fair, I have heard second-hand that UK drivers tend to be rude as well.

Oh, get this [on the topic of CA drivers]. The other day I came pretty close to, like, dying. Seriously. If it wasn't for a mitsubishi eclipse in front of me I would be in pieces on the 94. A white, fullsized truck tried doing a u turn across 2 lanes of traffic on an offramp to get back on the main freeway. He didn't see the black eclipse unitl he was already in our lane [then he stopped, and was only halfway in our lane as I passed]. Not a chance he would have spotted me if there were no eclipse in front of me.

THAT'S exactly why I say that many Americans are boneheads. I see this crap all of the time. Unless our ONLY bonehead is buying a new vehicle everyday, I have to say that there are many.

U-turn on an off-ramp . . . that's real smart.
